Jessica Funkhouser (Yoga)      Yoga has completely transformed my life since I stepped on my mat for the first time about 4 years ago. My practice has made me more confident, flexible, and compassionate both on and off my mat.   In my classes I love to create an environment of mindfulness and creativity. Yoga is beautiful in how it expresses itself in each and every different body. I seek to help others find the joy in self love, pushing past their edge, and creating habits of mindfulness on and off their mat.
