Karen Gallardo (Yoga) Beginning yoga in 1994 to supplement her Marine Corps Marathon training, Karen has been a dedicated yogi ever since.  Her vinyasa flow classes focus on activation, alignment and connecting the breath with movement.  At her Arlington home, she often finds her dogs on the mat while she is practicing - giving new meaning to the pose "down dog"!
